notes: So today I decided to try this wod that was on the main site a few cycles ago and it was a good choice. It completely kicked the shit out of me. My shoulders will be feeling this one for a while they were shaking when I finally finished. I think I hit the first 2 or 3 rds unbroken then split the pp up by 5 and 5 each time. They def got heavy faster than I thought. Tomorrow is front squat and high rep bs. Get it.
