Notes: The sprints felt really good and I did them barefoot in a field. The leg lifts and planks I really started to feel during the last stages of them so I know it was working. The HSPUs were really good as well. My form is really good on them and they are coming along nicely. Training is going well and Tomorrow will be a hard day i bet.
