*for every rd not completed 5 strict chin ups
*done at 165lbs
did not miss a round

Toes 2 Bar: 2x10 (due to time constrants)
GHDs: 2x2o (due to time constrants)
Body: quads and chest sore

Notes: I had to wake up early to do this one befcore i went to orientation. It was a really good one. And i had to cut the other excersises short after the WOD because of the time factor. Other than that I felt great and it was a good workout. Endicott was sick and I cant wait to go there for college.
