Body:calfs and hamstrings sore
sleep:7hrs
nutrition:good
notes: my squat has been constantly going back up so i am pretty excited about that. aslo have been doing a lot of snatches lately so im hoping my snatch will be going up as well. The dwod today was a really good one i enjoyed it. I didnt sleep well last night it was so hot in my room again. Tomorrow will be a good rest day ill try to get a primal walk in or something like that.
