WOD

body: lower back hurts a bit, shoulders sore
sleep: 8.5hrs
nutrition: good
notes: today was pretty good day. i was very happy getting 185 straight across thats def a pr. The sprints were ok they still hurt my tailbone area good thing im getting it checked out tomorrow. also getting bloodwork done tomorrow morning at 9. I also went to the super park and did some climbs on a firemans pole to test it out and see if it would be good in workouts which it would be. and we are getting a big tractor tire that ways a lot. we will have to get an exact weight of it sometime soon.
