day 27 burpees

rest day

body: good
sleep: 10hrs
nutrition: good
Notes: didnt do a lot today. got a lot of rest in and feeling good. shot around a bit at the high school and then went out. need a lot of rest for this next cycle i have a lax tourney all weekend as well.
