Day 36 burpees

SWOD:
power snatch 8x2

DWOD:

max handstand hold
10 supine ring pull ups

body:shoulders a little sore
sleep: 9hrs
nutrition: good
notes: Training today was good. The handstands really started to hurt after like round 5. There was a lot of shake going on. The power snatch was good as well. Im starting to really get good at them. hopefully tomorrow is a good wod im really looking foward to it. also tomorrow im getting my mri so results will be in the future,
