day 30 burpees

4 lax games in glastonbury

body: quads still sore
sleep: 9hrs
nutrition: good
notes: i was kinda mad i had to miss todays cffb wod it was the football fight gone bad but its ok becasue i got to play in a really good tourney. I got lots of run and am pretty tired to say the least. im going to get my tailbone situation checked out again hopefully get an mri too to figure out whats wrong.
