Rest Day

Day 24 burpees

played 1 game in the morning then came home.


Body: Tired, hamstrings calfs back quads sore
sleep:not good
nutrition: ok
notes: this weekend was a long weekend in NY playing some lax. It was hard to eat really clean there just because of time and games and things like that but I did my best. I am extremely sore and tired. Im going to hit the bed early tonight and get at it tomorrow.
