Rest Day kinda

day 31 burpees

played one lax game early morning

rest

body: not as bad as i though everything good except tailbone issue
sleep: 9hrs
nutrition: good
notes: last day at the glastonbury tourney we lost in the quaterfinals. I am pretty well rested and i should be good to go tomorrow for another great cycle.
