WOD

Day 25 burpees

SWOD: press 3x5

5xmax rep ring dips:
22,16,15,14,12

DWOD: 10 rds
100 meter sprint

x stretch

body:hamstrings and quad sore
sleep:10hrs
nutrition:ok cheated with ice cream
notes: Today was a good day but i was really sore until i did x stretch. The ring dips the press and the sprints felt really good even though i was very sore. I cheated with a lot of ice cream and candy. I also drank about 6 beers. Ill be good for tomorrow though.
