Day 13 burpees
day 7 strict plus dairy

Rest Day

Body: quads sore
Sleep: 6.5hrs
nutrition:good
Notes: It was so hot in the dorms did not sleep well at all. It was really hot out today again and it was a good rest day even though it wasnt really a rest day. I was running around with little kids laxin and coaching in the blazing heat. Im ready for tomorrow though.
