Rest Day

day 34 burpees

rest day

body:good
sleep:9hrs
nutrition: ok ice cream cheat
notes: solid rest day. got my blood work done in the morning and then went and talked to the doctor about my glute problem. they said i should get an mri so i am having that done on saturday. This will tell me what is wrong and what i can do about it. hopefully its nothing to serious. Im ready to hit it hard for this 3 day cycle though very stoked.
