Notes: Today was a really nice rest day. I was coaching at camp running around with kids but thats about it. My eating was really good today as well. I just checked tomorrows WOD and i have deadlifts for my swod and a press pull up metcon that looks to be good. This cycle should be a good one and I am excited to start it.
