Rest Day

day 10 burpees
day 4 strict plus dairy

no workout

body: shoulders a little sore
sleep:11hrs
nutrition:good
notes: slept amazing and feel really rested today im ready to hit it hard this week. I am going to peak lacrosse camp to be a counselor tuesday to thursday and then i have orientation from friday to saturday. This should be a good week.
