press: 155,165f,160 pr
deadlift: 385,405,415 pr

body: calfs kind of sore, feeling a lot better sick wise
sleep: 9hrs
nutrition: ok but had 2 pieces of pumpkin pie
notes: solid day still feelin the sickness a bit but a lot better on the dizziness. I decided to see my gains during cfsb and it made me pretty happy. I pr'ed on all of my lifts and my 2k too. I banged out 2 goals as well with my 315 squat and 160 press. Still hydrating and sleeping a lot to try to get back to 100%.
