Rest Day

Body:shoulders sore
sleep:9.5hrs
nutrition:ok had ice cream
notes: it was a nice rest day today just relaxed did some studying and that was a bout it. Im feeling better and better each day with the lightheadedness so I think that I have a virus of some sort and stress didnt help it. Ready to hit a hard metcon tomorrow. Tomorrow I will beginning the 30 day paleo challenge minus goos on long run days. I will be doing this challenge with Ben so enough said lets get it.
