nutrition: drank had 1 piece of pizza otherwise good
notes: solid day drank the night before and tonight. I wanted to work on pistols so that is why i did this workout my legs will be sore tomorrow for sure after all of those. As well as my lats. I didnt break once on the pullups though and i was happy about that.
