notes:I decided to workout today because I felt good after my hangover went away. This was a really good workout Im not sure how it compares but I def was not on my A game today to tell you that much. Had a shittty night sleep didnt go to sleep til about 3am and slept til 12. I will get back on deadlift tomorrow.
