Rest Day/End of Fall ball tourney 10/10/2010

Took the day off had a tournament against D1 teams

Body:shoulders sore
sleep:8hrs
nutrition:bad
notes:the tournament went great I was on 3rd line and got some good runs in almost had a few goals too. The had a lot of food there for us so I had 2 pb+j sandwiches and 5 home baked soft chocolate chip cookies that one of the parents made. I am taking monday off and then starting with the deadlift day on tuesday.
