metcon:lax practice and sprints

Body: good but i think i pulled a muscle deep in my back cuz its been feeling pretty weird all day.
sleep:6hrs plus hr nap
nutrition:good had ice cream
notes: My squats are heading up there I got 270 for 5 pretty easy so that made me pretty happy. I dont know if im going to be able to do the deadlifts tomorrow because we have our end of fall ball tournament in braintree pretty much all day. So if not I will just do the deadlifts on monday.
