sleep: 6hrs plus 1 1/2hr nap

notes: skipped in the shoulder press had no time really and felt really beat down from all the lax and lack of sleep. I will do the shoulder press tomorrow on the rest day. I am playing really well in the ive been right up there scoring goals with the top middies. Going to hit a pr on press tomorrow and hitting the last week of cfsb hard.
