Rest Day

Rest day no training besides lax practice but was a lighter practice.

Body:good
sleep:7hrs
nutrition:good
notes: solid day today my last 2 days got mixed up so i will be starting week 4 tomorrow. Made 3rd line middie with both my roommates so we are pretty pumped about that. We will definitely be getting some good time during games next season. All in all good day.
