Rest Day

Body: upper back lats and quads sore
sleep:7.5hrs
nutrition:good
notes:had a full rest day and it was really nice. My back is very sore from those deadlifts yesterday im getting close to a pr I believe so ill be pumped when i hit that. Tomorrow is just a longer metcon day so I will be deciding what one to do tomorrow.
