nutrition:good had ice cream
notes: I felt really good today, The 375 deadlift which is a 3 rep pr and it felt easy and I banged out 16 reps with 265 which is aso a pr. My strength is really flying up there. This metcon was a really good one as well. It was all things that I love to do and it hurt pretty good. Training is going well lax is over til the spring so I will be solely focusing on my training, besides the wednesday night winter lax thats just a fuck around time.
