notes: solid day got a nice possible pr on the deadlifts not sure of what I did before. Went to chipotle for dinner that was delicious and ate completely paleo all day once again. I have been light headed and stressed for a few days now I think all because of a lot of stress but it seems to be getting better now. I think i might be a little sick too but who knows im just gonna wait it out for now.
