long run 10/16/2010

1hr 20min trail run

body:good
sleep:9hrs
nutrition:cheated
notes: went for a long trail run with contois and ben, I was really surprised at how well I did, I am getting back into running so I will probably do 1 long trail run a week as much as I can. We have a some trails here and when I go home we have some good ones too.
