Rest day

no training had captains practice......but that basically means show up and fuck around for 45mins then call it a day.

Body:biceps, chest, lats, quads all sore
sleep:4hrs
nutrition:good
notes: Could not sleep last night for some reason and had to wake up at 6am for practice. Went and ran around and coached stephens soccer practice but other than that just sat around. Came home tonight to get some extra rest and to see the doctor tomorrow. I will workout tomorrow and doing a long run on saturday if all goes as planned.
