Rest Day

took a full rest day to recover from the long run

body:quads and calfs sore, knees hurt a bit
sleep:9hrs
nutrition:strict
notes: good rest day needed it to recover, got 1 week of cfsb left and then going to do maxes the next week and then start my a new program, with my once a week long run.
